Tsukishima Kirari a 14-year-old junior high student who has a passion for eating. When she saved a turtle that was stuck in a tree, its owner, Hiwatari Seiji, gives Kirari a ticket to a SHIPS concert as thanks. Kirari tries to get in, but there are too many people in the entrance, so she goes through the staff entrance. While going in, however, a boy lands on her after jumping off a window. Kirari's pet Na-san attacks the boy, and Kirari realizes that he has a 'STAFF' band wrapped around his arm. So she shows him the SHIPS ticket and how she's going to meet Seiji. The boy gets hostile when she mentions Seiji's name, and rips up her ticket saying that she is not in the same world as Seiji. Will Kirari find a way to be with Seiji?
